The BANDAI NAMCO Games America support team will be unavailable during this upcoming Thanksgiving Holiday (November 27/28th).

The BANDAI NAMCO customer support team will be returning to the office on the following business workday (December 1, 2014) to answer any contacts that might have come in over the holiday break. There may be a delay in the response time from the support staff, but rest assured that any contacts that have been received will be answered in the order they were submitted (please do not submit multiple emails/tickets as it will only delay the response time).
